For Toronto’s 2020 Jam for Good, I worked on a mutual aid platform for the two day design challenge.
What:
A centralized mutual aid online platform (app) bringing together those experiencing hardship during situational poverty and emergencies in Toronto to prevent food insecurity, provide emergency food, build community, and improve wellbeing. MVP: Search and Marketplace for non-perishable food donations, food surplus and certified food services from private businesses, non-profits, coops and individuals
