This project explores problem finding exploring the intersection of COVID-19 and vulnerable urban dwellers. Using human-centered strategies, I identified met- and unmet needs of eight key stakeholders of the houseless population in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside. The insights found set the foundation for problem framing and solutioning.
